AllChinaBuy described itself as a shopping and parcel-forwarding agent. Its published flow covered submitting an item, warehouse receipt, parcel packing, international delivery and tracking.
What that did not guarantee
The official guide said international delivery used designated third parties and that timing, restrictions and customs outcomes were not fully controlled by the platform.
